Our Fabrication Process
It starts with collecting all the necessary information such as dimensions and inspiration images for your project. Shoot us an email and we will get you a form to fill out with all the details. We also will hop on a short call to make sure we get all the information as accurately as possible from the start.
You will receive full CAD shop drawings of your piece with physical samples of the finishes and materials before we begin the fabrication process. We have a team of in-house designers to work with you through the process and refine the details.
Fabrication here at Pika is done in-house. We have built a shop that has a wide range of capabilities to keep the quality up to both our and your standards. The other reason we keep things in house is to keep the fabrication times as short as possible.
We offer white glove delivery service if you want to make sure your piece shows up on time and avoid the hazards of freight shipping.
If we don’t feel comfortable fabricating what you need, we will let you know and do our best to point you in the right direction. We love good challenges, but we also want to make sure you end up with exactly what you are looking for. We do not have a problem letting you know if what you want is outside of what we do here at our shop.
Our goal with custom fabrication is to make it a good experience for everyone involved. The building industry is known for being difficult, but we do our best to prioritize communication through the process.
